We lay out the pool, decking, equipment pad and drainage against your property's actual grade before anything is marked in the yard.
Excavation & Prep
Excavation is cut to the shell's exact footprint, with drainage graded around it so water moves away from the structure, not toward it.
Shell Placement & Plumbing
The San Juan shell is set and leveled, then plumbing and equipment lines are run before backfill locks everything in place.
Backfill & Equipment
Backfill is placed in stages alongside the fill of the pool itself, so pressure stays balanced on the shell while the pad and equipment are set.
Decking & Coping
Coping and decking are set to the shell's exact edge, in the material and layout decided during design — not chosen after the fact.
